Great job! The staff are warm, welcoming, and make a visit to the dentist a lot of fun. They explain everything as they go do I am relaxed (or as much as you can be)!
I have been a patient for years. There safety protocols are very impressive. They are stressing safety and it shows. Dr Cholakis and my hygienist Michele are amazing and I love their passion for caring.
It was very very bad experience. I almost spent almost 5 hours from 12 pm to 5 pm, they can’t solve any problems.
Firstly, I made a appointment to clean teeth, they only spent a half hour to clean my bottom teeth, and said they hadn’t enough time to do it, I have to wait for the other appointment
Then, I only scan and check my teeth (my friend told me this is free), no one told me need to pay it or how much, at last they said I need to pay 460 dollars, I asked them why? Cindy very rude and said the bill is that,The attitude is very bad.
At last, they said I should pay about 345$, I let them give me the bill, The bill was calculated incorrectly, adding extra 79$, I would rather give them zero points if I could.
Thank you Dr. Jose ...you really did a fantastic job...I'm very pleased with the outcome of my procedure...you delivered 100% what you promised...Thank you!!
