I came in with a dislocated jaw because my family doctor told me that dentists adjusts Jaws that are dislocated and was charged for emergency appointment even though I saw the dentist for maybe 5 minutes and she sent me away saying that she could not do anything to help me (you shouldn't charge people if you can't help them!). Shame on you! I'd like to see how well you would cope if your jaw was dislocated!!! Talk about poor customer service!

I've gone to Creating Smiles for a couple of times and it IS the best dental place in Winnipeg period. If you want to repair or just go for a check-up you should totally go for it.

I have never felt more comfortable or cared for in a dental chair than when Dr. Friesen is working his magic. He completely changed my smile and how I feel about going to the dentist. His whole staff is beyond reproach. Always a pleasure

Dr. Friesen is amazing. I had 2 sideways buried wisdom teeth and he took them both out without any swelling. Definitely top notch. If there were more stars he'd get them!!!!
