I always knew Dr. Ken Hamin was committed to serving his community and passionate about helping others- but actions speak louder than words. I am a Chiropractor, and I was with a patient who was in excoriating pain from a broken tooth that was now radiating into her neck and causing a severe headache after a night of no sleep. Dr. Hamin was in our office at the time, before I could even ask him for his opinion he offered his expertise. He did a consult immediately and supported our patient with guidance and offered to see her immediately at his office. He took time out of his day, en route to the University of Manitoba to teach dentistry students. Dr. Hamin provided hope and peace of mind. He is on a Mission!! We are so grateful:)

Last month I had a potential dental emergency over the weekend. I was able to leave a message with Dr Sarah on the Saturday, and received follow up on the Sunday morning. She was patient, knowledgeable, and provided great advice. Although I didn’t end up needing follow up, I will definitely consider Reflections Dental- and Dr Sarah- for my future oral care needs. Thank you again!!

Reflections Dental: A very unique and impressive dental firm. An industry leader offering professional services coupled with understanding and compassion for patient care. The entire staff, led by Dr. Ken Hamin, are part of a team that encourages patients to feel like "family". Very easy to recommend the services of Reflections Dental.

Staff are very professional, personable and competent. The options available, regarding dental procedures and payment, are explained, you are given an opportunity to ask questions. Appointments are typically on time and the work is completed within the time indicated. Very comfortable waiting area.

The dentist forgot to level the filling at the end of the procedure, so I couldn't close my mouth, I had to remind him to do it before he pushed me out of the office saying it's all done, what was it?? The assistant didn't know how to take X-rays, I had to help her with it - pity I wasn't paid for doing her job. Overall, the place is very overpriced- they charge you much more than the average Manitoba price for dental services, meaning your insurance company is willing to pay only a part of it. They push you to make expensive X-rays that are not needed and make you appointments you're not aware of - so they can charge you for not arriving. There are a lot of places in Winnipeg that give much better service at a reasonable price, definitely do not recommend.
