A top notch and professional group! I called Shorty's to my home for a furnace inspection after the motor began making loud and unusual noises. They had a technician attend promptly who inspected the furnace and diagnosed some other very serious issues that had the potential to affect the health and wellbeing of my family. The technician offered valuable insights and provided me with a quotation to repair my existing furnace or replace it. I was provided with a formal electronic quote on the spot! I ultimately decided to replace my furnace with a new one. Shorty's made me a priority and had me scheduled in for the very next day! The two installation technicians were extremely professional, courteous and respectful of my home. They laid out floor protection, wore masks, asked before using the washroom and explained things that were potentially disruptive to our presence in the home (such as noise or the fumes from the glue). Upon completion they took the time to show us their work and our new furnace! While I wasn't planning on purchasing a new furnace Shorty's certainly made the process pleasant and easy. Everyone I dealt with, from the receptionist through to the final installation was genuinely professional and exceeded my expectations. Thanks to everyone on the Shorty's team!

I never post reviews but after such exceptional service by all the staff I had the pleasure of working with I wanted to make sure to let other Winnipeggers know about my experience with Shorty’s. From my initial phone call with Lexi, who is so polite and cheerful, all the way to the end experience with Tyler and his team. Deborah the sales manager was amazing, she is so personable, knowledgeable, thorough, and quick to respond to any questions I had. Tyler and his team were prompt in the morning, very friendly, skilled, knowledgeable and did a great job of cleaning up and keeping my house clean even though it was a slushy day out. I cannot express enough how seamlessly and pleasant my experience of such a big ticket item was. Thank you so much to everyone at Shorty’s!!!!

We have used Shorty's many times over the past few years and have been very impressed with the work and professionalism they demonstrate while on site. Especially in these difficult times they continue to show they care and work hard to complete the job. Very attentive to concerns when you call and appointments are arranged quickly.

Shorty's office staff were professional, cheerful and helpful. The plumbers took an in-depth look at problems and gave detailed explanations for me to make choices. The service went beyond what was required. The manager is responsive, listens to you and offers creative solutions. Excellent all around!

Doug, our service person , was on time and very personable. He completed the work quickly and with a good professional hand. Gave us some great advise and suggestions. Very happy with the service and the company. Emma, at the service desk, was a treat to talk to!
