King’s Services has been the company we have used in Headingley for the second year to do our annual emptying of our septic tank. Prior to using King’s we used a different company and without fail, a week after, we would lose prime to our pump and need to pay additionally to get our pump primed. Since using King’s their technique has never had us lose our prime to the pump. They have always been so accommodating to book appointments with and to deal with in general. We are so happy to give King’s Services our business!

Had my septic tank pumped out today.. being new to a home with a septic system I didn’t have any idea the process.. Colin ( I’m pretty sure on that name) was awesome.. he explained my system to me and helped me with the pump/primer (?) and he explained what the process was going to be without making me feel like a dummy for not knowing! The service was amazing! Thank you so much!

I had a septic tank emergency (it needed to be pumped before the Plumber could do their job) - they provided same-day services (within a couple of hours) and did the job well. It's a smaller truck than some other companies, so the price was better than some other larger-truck companies. 5/5 Stars.

We had such a great experience with King’s Services. We were renting the trailer toilets for our wedding in June. We ended up having to move our wedding date because of covid and they immediately offered us our deposit back. We ended up moving our date to September and unfortunately ended up having to cancel for other reasons. Even though we were past our deposit refund date, they still offered to provide us a full refund. All in all, great experience! They were quick to respond and very professional.

I cant comment on all parts of the business but we have experienced extremely poor performance when it comes to septic tank pumping. for three years in a row we have had to call them back because a few day after pumping our septic alarm triggers. The reason is that the service personel forget to turn the pump switch back on. We have called them on each occasion, had them make notes on the problem, and reminded them this time before setting up the service. Its amazing to me how they could get this wrong yet again... They were responsive and came to fix the problem when I called, but I got better things to do. I'll be looking for an alternative company next year...three strikes.
