I was very happy with Clean Line's service yesterday! Devin, the dispatcher, called when the tech was going to be late, which was fine since they had squeezed me in on the evening that I called. I called other companies first and none of them were able to come out until the next morning. The tech, Brad, was efficient and left the area that he worked on very clean. In the past, I've had to clean up roots and mud after other companies have left. Brad did a great job! He was personable, knew his stuff, and everything is running smoothly now. The price was mid-range compared to other sewer & drain companies. The service, however, is better. Devin and Brad were both professional, polite, and a pleasure to deal with.

Our main sewer line was backed up again. I previously used their service in July and they did not disappoint us. Stefan arrived at 10:00am this morning as I was told, he knew the issue as he had worked for another company we used before, and had been here a couple of times a few years ago. Stefan was very professional, courteous, and explained what he was going to do. It was a pleasure to chat with him as he had been at my home a few years ago. He cleaned up after he was finished and recommended the camera be used in the future if this service was performed again. I would again, recommend this company for any work. Our main sewer drain backed up with raw sewage on Saturday night and I called Clean Line at 1:00 am, to my surprise the call was answered by a person who assured me a tech would be able to come Sunday between 8-10 am. Brad arrived at 9:25 and promptly got to work cleaning the tree roots out of my drain by 10:25. He also gave me some valuable money saving tips that I could perform myself. Quentin came to our rescue and did an amazing job! He was very fast getting here and professional. He is very knowledgable and patient as we asked lots of questions. He cleaned up the area he worked and left it in great condition! Also the one whom took our call was very kind and helpful. He understood ours needs and urgency. They will definitely be our go to plumbers!!!

We needed emergency drain cleaning services on a Sunday evening. Clean Line was able to have someone out within the hour. We were impressed with Brad’s knowledge and skills. He was able to find the problem and have it fixed promptly. We would definitely call them again and recommend them to others. Overall A+ experience. Thanks Clean Line!
