Two gentlemen showed up during this lovely plague, and kept their masks on the entire time. They showed me the two options for my repair and price points and allowed me to select the one I preferred. They went above and beyond with the repair, and were incredibly respectful. With plumbing being usually a pricey job, the great attitudes of the guys, and their quality of work makes it worth it. 5/5 would recommend.

Prompt same day service and even was able to come in earlier than they said they would, which was great. They were very professional, friendly and informative. They got the job done well and in a timely manner. We would definitely call them again for any of our plumping needs.

We had a very unfortunate sewage blockage. Mr. Rooter came exactly at the time they promised and did an outstanding job of clearing our issue. The professional who did the work was intelligent, articulate and extremely professional. We felt like we got value for our money. Highly recommend Mr. Rooter.

This was a big job. It took Jason over 3 hours to solve the issue. During that time he was professional, courteous and calm. He explained the issues and concerns and kept us up to the minute on his progress. We would ask for him specifically again if the need arose.

I had issues with my sewer backing up in June and had a smaller company come out to fix the issue. The fellow was here about 15 minutes and all was good or so I thought! Well the exact same issue happened again after only 3 months so I decided to call Mr Rooter and they sent out a service guy named Roger Dyck. He did a fantastic job! After he was finished he took the time to show me with a camera that the sewer was completely clear. Very nice professional man. I would highly recommend Roger for all your plumbing needs.
