Needed to have our furnace inspected and serviced, I chose Figs based on some work they had done for an older neighbor, they did a very professional job and he was happy with their work. Jeremy called the morning he was to be here to let us know he would be just a few minutes late which I very much appreciated ( I don't like waiting around for service people to come). When he arrived he got right to work and did a very good job, taking components off, cleaning and servicing, letting us know the condition of the whole furnace, got up on the roof to inspect and re-caulk the stack that had a very minor leak (which didn't leak after Saturday's downpour). We are very impressed with his professionalism and work and would recommend Figs to anyone looking for a plumber/gasfitter. Thanks Jeremy

The plumber came promptly to provide an estimate on the service we required. Gave a detailed plan and followed up that evening with a quote. Person who came was extremely knowledgeable however the quote was far more then what we expected so we did not go forward with them. Instead my husband is taking the time to be slow and steady and get the job done. I was the one who suggested getting a quote so we could expedite the renovation but husband is capable just wanted to get Reno done quickly.

Chuck and Jeremy went above and beyond with our bathroom renovation. It needed considerable plumbing work. Unexpectedly, our furnace was in need of replacement as well. They took care of that , too- in a very timely and professional manner. I would easily recommend Fig's Plumbing to anyone.
