The dental assistant was kind as could be. I honestly use to get cavities and all that when I was a teenager. I always kept up with my dental appointments. In 2018, the dentist I went to said I had 1 small cavity. When I went to Clayton Park plaza, he said I have 8. However, he did not try to keep this confidential.. he essentially yelled it out. If u want to keep patients, try empathy? You make me feel like I don't want to ever see you again. Sucks for those scared of the dentist aleady
My whole family has been going here for a few years without any issue. The entire team is always pleasant, and they're very conscientious about trying to avoid things that may not be covered under insurance.
Got me in for an emergency filling an hour after I called. Staff were all kind and friendly and the dentist worked with me to address all my aesthetic concerns. My tooth looks pretty much perfect. Definitely going to go here regularly!
They are now charging $20 per person extra for PPE, even with the same family members together still charging $20 per person, what are they doing differently now then they should have been doing before to warranty the extra $20 ???
I got into an emergency appointment for a tooth extraction, they ended up taking all 3 of my bad molars on one side (2 of which I told them still gets abscess pockets and they pulled
