Best trip to the dentist I've ever had! I was able to book in as a new patient within 4 days for an exam and dental cleaning the next day. When I was getting my exam done they had a cancellation and took me in for dental cleaning right away so I didn't have to come back the next day. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Explained each step thoroughly so I was never left wondering 'what next'. Highly recommend!

Went for an emergency exam after my regular dentist made a mess of a filling replacement and I had a horrible experience, the dentist I saw tried to justify my pain before discovering it was an infection and then still made excuses for it after the fact. The hygienist was rude and did not listen to what I was saying. I would not recommend.

The dentist used a very large electronic tool to map the inside of my mouth. The tool did not work so I had to come back for a regular alginate cast (to prepare a mouthguard). When I came back to pick up the mouthguard, it was so poorly made that the dentist sent it back to the lab. Then the secretary did not call me back for two months.After I called for an appointment, which I missed because I could not get back on time from work, I was given a new appointment. However I was not sent a new covid questionaire. At the door, the hygenist told me I could not be seen because a kid in my class had been sent home with the sniffles. When I asked why I had not been sent a questionaire, she said I had been sent one two weeks ago before the appointment I missed. How this makes sense I do not know. When I saw the above mentioned mouth guard I expressed doubts about its shape. "It looks perfect to me" said the hygenist with the tone you'd use to speak to a spoiled two-year old, and regardless of the fact that' it's supposed to fit my mouth not hers. Then she told me I had to make a deposit for the mouth guard because "it has been too long". No problem, I paid the whole thing and went home with it. Just tried it and it is shaoed like a toboggan with the tips shaped upwards (no joke) and it is asummetrical ( there are four molars one one side and five on the other), would be hilarious if it wasn't true. Surely there must be some competent and responsible in there, guess I wasn't lucky.

I have to say Gladstone Dental is amazing ! The front line staff are very helpful when it comes to insurance coverage inquiries and also accommodating appointment changes. They are all very welcoming and friendly and put you at ease as soon as you arrive. The hygienists I've seen are caring and accommodating to your specific cleaning requests. My dentist Dr. Mo is very skilled and efficient . He is friendly and informative making you feel at ease by explaining procedures and having the patience to answer all of your questions. His assistant is also fantastic at her job and super friendly. They make a great team! I’d recommend Gladstone Dental to anyone looking for a great dental experience in the HRM. Jess
