Update!! On Sept 3rd I gave One star!! I said.... Not impressed I have been a customer for years. They failed me huge at the Carleton Place store The driver was incredibly rude to me. If I could give no stars I would. I don't blame the food I don't blame to order taker The driver needs to read instructions He was told to call an apartment not my cell At 11:00 I called to see where it was 2 hours after ordering !! I got the owner He said his driver tried. And do I still want it.? I was willing to still accept the zaa 2 hours old Reheated even!! Then unfortunately The owner passed the phone to the driver who said in a belligerent angry tone Yelling in fact! I called 7 time's! (My cell)...not the door code... I'm off in 5 minutes You better be there in 5 minutes!! Ya no Forget it. Shove your pizza I think I said. Not happy. Because No one speaks to me in angry tones And no one who doesn't read instructions gets to yell at me I left specific instructions Sept 4th Management called me. 3 times!! And Apologized for the driver. Thanks!! It was a great conversation and we both learned things. I was upset that a driver was rude They were too. The driver IS NOT the company Only a part of it. I suggested that he may need more customer service experience And be a bit more tactful. What they decide is up to them. This town is no longer a bang on a front door to deliver a pizza kind of town. We have huge apartment complexes and codes to let pizza guys into buildings. Our drivers need to pay attention and not yell at customers when they in fact failed to read the instructions! It's a learning curve. We all get frustrated and angry. I waited 2 hours for a pizza while helping a 77 year old and an 82 year old move. Everything was fine until a driver decided to call my cell number instead of using the door pad for the apartment ... As per instructions. My phone was off. My cell was changing. As I said before Mr Mozzarella has never let me down. Once again they didn't. Teach your staff kids! Cp is no longer a wee town!! Mr Mozzarella gets 5 stars guys!!

Staff is friendly and the food is good. Never had an issue from this place. Prices are a bit high, but you have to pay for quality, so I don't mind.

Excellent wings! Generous sauce and ready right on time. Next time we'll try sauce on the side and toss at home so the breading stays crispy.

Person on the phone under estimated delivery time and was quite a bit longer. Not their fault. Soggy food and dry fries. Pizza is the only positive here. Taste of fries were also pretty bad 👎 old person who ran it wss so much better.
