I'd give zero stars if I could. Went in and was over charged, I ask for small fries and they punched in that I wanted 7 small fries? Got refunded for that then when I got my meal it was wrong. When I went back in so I could get what I actually paid for they acted super annoyed. Also wait time is outrageous considering the place wasn't so busy.

For more than a year I have gone to this KFC location at least one day a week. I'm never disappointed. The food is always hot and the staff are amazing!

Preordered 50 mins ahead for pickup. Still had to wait 20 mins to get my order. And....they were out of popcorn chicken, one of the items in my order and no one called to let us know or have us change the order. and then they forgot to bag one of our items and we had to go back. Driving through from out of town, no one has this kind of patience. Was honestly disappointed!

The KFC in fergus is excellent. The KFC in Orangeville is probally the worst I've been to.

Taste is fine. Staff is very slow, zero sense of urgency, and overall inefficient
