The gas guy came today from Heli Cool to run a gas line in to my shop to hook up my heater, I could not be happier with the professional courtesy that i received and at a fair price as well.
Charged me $962 to repair a $450 hot water tank. I understand the costs for their labour charges what I did not see coming was paying $434 for a gas valve that I can buy for $120. I would never use these people again unless I had no other choice. It would have been cheaper for me to just install a whole new hot water tank myself. Only reason they were called was because I do not live here anymore and am renting out my house until it sells. I guess you my as well take advantage of someone when they aren't there to do anything about it.
