(4th floor) 3/4 of the employees gets stuck on the "back" when it comes mostly before 5pm. It is not uncommon for my grandmother to still not have her dentures spent dinner time. I surprised a tall black man to be impatient with a resident and the same gentleman to walk another resident. I'm going to place one or two cameras, I'm afraid for my grandmother.
