Drive thru is busy all the time long, the staff here is very friendly and cooperative.

This place has been poorly run for over a decade now. Sometimes I hear people say that it's gotten better & I try it again. However, it's always the same. If you order their original chicken. The chicken is dry &/or the crust is soggy. It's like someone put a wet towel on it and called it a day. Pretty sure their chicken sits under the heating lamps all day & it still takes forever to get the order ready. Don't have issues with other locations. This one is just terrible.

Shut it down or fire entire staff and rehire compétant people. It shouldn’t take 40 in drive through every time, especially when the dine in is closed. This seems to be the general consensus for this location. Email to head office sent about these owners.

I recently purchased a bucket of KFC and was not impressed. I accept it takes sometime to go through the Drive through because of the current situation. But when I finally arrived at the pick up window, i was told I would have to wait another 20 minutes. When I finally arrived home to eat the chicken, it did not look very appetizing. When I opened the coleslaw, the containers were half full. I will never, ever buy anything from that store in Repentigny again. It is as if the staff do not care what they give clients. One star is to good of score for this dismal store.
