This RV Park is in a great location. Gated access to the beach, directly beside the community park which has a small splash pad and huge playground for kids. The front half of the park has really nice concrete pads with ocean view, the back half of the park is not quite as nice but does the trick for a place to rest your head. Park is family friendly and quiet, but not strict. Everyone seems to obey the rules and there is no loud music or disturbances, but you can sit quietly around a propane fire at your site in the evening. Host is present & attentive if needed, but leaves you alone otherwise. Park is pet friendly as long as they are leashed. There is a large sand pit by the office that my kids really enjoyed playing in. If available, it's definitely worth it to get a site closer to the ocean.

RVs are tightly packed with few trees. Only one bathroom/shower facility open and they have not been cleaned since we arrived. No toilet paper due to pandemic? I don’t get this and no soap. Few employees to take care of things here. Nice access to the beach!

Parksands is a convenient for its location, We still come for the board walk the sand beach. It's great for kids with park located next door and the beautiful sand beach. It's a thing of beauty, and a rare find. Its just too bad it isn't being kept up like it use to. The ground are messy and laundry room and the bathrooms are dirty. We having been coming since 2005. When Rob looked after it was spotless grounds and, laundry and bathrooms. We would stay for 3weeks at a time now no longer than a week. As they have really increased there prices. It's worth it to stay here, i just know what it was like before.

Been coming here for 3 years now. Location is fantastic but the resort itself keeps looking more and more run down each and every time. They messed up our reservation this year and said it was our fault when it was their computer system. Whole place looks like it should be demolished and replaced with new, caring owners. Staff who run the office don’t seem terribly bright. This is the last year here, going to look for places that are actually well kept.

This was one of the most run down campgrounds I’ve ever seen. Hook ups were fine. Access to the beach and playground was good. But the place itself was pretty awful. Bathrooms were dirty, and for some reason due to the pandemic, there was no toilet paper in the washrooms? Seems like they were using COVID-19 as an excuse to cut down on expenses...it’s also right beside an abandoned hotel covered in graffiti- some trees to add privacy would be nice. Has good potential, but would not recommend staying here.
