Urgent to please read the comments, the average wait for clients ranges from 50min all the way to 1h30min (if not more). Don't do the mistake I did of not taking the comments seriously, find another KFC except this one by all means. Good luck

THE 3 GUYS WORKING ON SUN OCT 11th have to be THE MOST INCOMPETENT people, i.e. not the sharpest guys, that are working in St.Therese/Laval area! Made online pick up order for 6:45 pm, arrived at 6:42 pm. Had to wait in line with the regular customers who hadn't pre-ordered. 40 friggin' minutes later, I get up to the Cash counter only to be told THEY DID NOT PREPARE MY ORDER YET/DIDN'T KNOW WHAT ORDER I WAS TALKING ABOUT. Then they find my printed order posted right in front of them on their order board, had to wait another 20 mins, got home ONLY TO DISCOVER MISSING ITEMS AND FOOD WAS SLIGHTLY ONLY WARM AT BEST. Where does KFC find these workers?!??...apparently anywhere they can get clueless people to join their team....smh TERRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE....don't waste your time. Go to Benny & Co instead...

Why so sloooowwwwww? Incompetent staff. At this point it would’ve been faster to go to the other location 20 minutes away.

Horrible experience, employees just talking and having fun, taking all their time. Even the place is full of flies and not so clean for a restaurant. Pretty deceiving compared to other PFK i went to.
