Mike has done a couple jobs for me and I highly recommend him. He is personable, efficient, punctual. What impresses me the most is that he is always in contact with the homeowner, phoning to confirm appointments, phoning to confirm he is on his way. I am very happy with his service and I know you can't go wrong hiring Mike.

Now I understand why Mike was recommended to me! I needed a bathtub fully installed, and with a recommendation, I contacted Pagnotta Plumbing & Heating. Within the hour Mike called me and offered to come to my house later that same day. Amazingly only a few days later, he came and installed the tub! I found Mike to be most skilled in his trade and a friendly and kind person. He was patient with me and all my questions; he explained clearly to me what he was going to do and the sequence of steps; and he always took the time to confirm any decisions that needed to be made. Mike completed the job efficiently and professionally. I am most grateful for his help and have no doubt that I will call Mike again when in need of more plumbing work. Thank you Mike!

Mike stands out in his profession. He goes out of his way to help you out and always answers the phone quickly. We are out-of-town second homeowners. We never met him so all of our communication was through text and phone calls, yet he was extremely trustworthy. Excellent work and very friendly- couldn't ask for more.
