***PLEASE READ***Epic Plumbing does Epic retrofit heating and cooling system in Nanoose! I had invited numerous contractors to try and correct the sub-par system that was in place. The system had outlived its useful life as well as not being built to meet the initial requirements of the home. After having met with over 5 different contractors they all came back to us with the same response. "It cant be done"! "The solution is too complicated" " it would be way to costly to correct and bring it up to standard due to the design of the house". Epic plumbing showed up and this all changed!!! Not only did they provide an elegant solution to helping create a more efficient home, they presented multiple options, quotes and walked us through each step of the update. Dylan, the owner was communicative and professional as well as his team. The best part he was on price and on time. The cherry was he called to check in after the the job was completed to ensure our satisfaction before invoicing us. Its without hesitation I would highly recommend Dylan and his team at Epic Plumbing and plan to use his services on all current and future projects! Thank you for keeping my family and nice and cozy!!!

Had a furnace die. Sent an email Sunday evening, requesting call on Monday. By 10 am no one called, so I assumed they don’t check emails routinely. Called th listed phone number. Went to voicemail, but after the greeting identification, the announcement said, “mailbox is full”!! I called another company. Answering service picked up immediately. Offered to forward my message to owner/operator immediately. Within 5 minutes they had returned my call, made an appointment, within 2hrs., and got the job. Makes me wonder whether the positive accolades are real, or self-generated, or paid?

Dylan is hard working and dependable. My wife and I have called on him several times over the past year to do work in our first home renovations. His workmanship has been excellent for multiple projects including three bathrooms, laundry room, a hot water tank, outdoor taps, and everything in-between. He will continue to be our go-to choice if we need repairs or changes in the future. Highly recommended.
