READ THIS TRUE STORY.
Here is why!
They tell you on the phone the fantastic set up and service they will offer you... Then...
1- They show up with a different size truck than what they told you.
2- They suddenly inform you that they will have to use 3 guys instead of 2 or the cannot move you on the day selected... So it means that you will go from 110$ per hour to 135$.
3- The 3 guy end up being a big useless, toothless, tired, clumsy and lazy one. Barely moving any furniture, always has time for a smoke break and will scratch your walls with almost everything he moves.
4- They will round up the total amount like this,
If they work 3 hours and 8 minutes, the will charge you for 4.
This is by far the biggest scam I have ever seen in a civilized country.
Rent a truck and do it yourself or use someone on kijiji... You can't seriously get worst than those guys.
Rude workers! Terrible customer service owner is not very nice to English speaking clients! Stay away!
Rude staff and owner
We had a bad experience with this company. We agreed on the price and once there, the person in charge loaded us with the quadruple. Supposedly he had to make 3 trips. He only filled his trailer to a third of his capacity.
In addition, he was not carrying fragile supplies.
They were 3, but only 2 were working. They left furniture that we had to carry on our own.
I strongly advise against.
I was taking them for the 3rd time.
Good service, fast, well packaged furniture.
