Nice, well equiped
Really beautiful beach, the water was cool but clear and calm, the sand is fine and really soft.
I thought that with the limited amount of daily tickets sold there would be a safe amount of people, but I was wrong. The place was PACKED, and even with the hoops people were setting up everywhere, and constantly passing out going out of their space, social distancing was a suggestion more than anything.
And to top it off, there was a dance party. For several hours dozens to over a hundred people crowded close together, shoutting and dancing all together. Like COVID isn't a problem anymore.
So normally I'd give this place more stars, but security needs to be better, and less people need to be admitted, it does NOT feel safe.
Beautiful and crowded beach, with a very clever way to allow us to have fun while respecting social distancing guidelines. They put a bunch of rubber hoops all over the place, designed as areas where people can sit down and put their stuff.
Super nice employees, too. I highly recommend going there if looking to have fun at the beach, while staying safe!
It was a nice beach somewhat big, however it was too crowded. I thought that during covid times they would reduce the number of people entering especially since u have to get a ticket online before going, but that was not the case 😅😅😅😅. Nice volleyball and soccer field, but not enough water activities to do. the beach is kind of rocky at the shore but nice and flat when you go deeper. Lifeguards were nice and I did like the circles they had on the ground to keep social distancing.
Our experience was kinda meh. The rubber loops everyone has been praising for social distancing is a joke because they allow in a lot more groups and families than there are loops. By noon on a Friday there were almost the same amount of families in the loops as there were without. There were just none left! Not to mention a ton of families who chose to stay at picnic tables. The beach was PACKED. There was also a very very unpleasant smell all over the territory of the beach and parking. I am not sure of the source of the smell but our whole group was very turned off by it.
