One of my favourite pizza places in Châteauguay. The sauce is really amazing. The reason I don’t give them 5 stars is that I am not a fan of everything else. Their fries are okay but their Cesar salad is actually quite horrible. The service is very nice and the pizza is always hot

This restaurant is the only place we order from when we feel like eating a good pizza and subs. Plenty of toppings, the crust is always perfect and fluffy it is the best pizza around and beleive me we tried them all since we moved in the area 5 years ago. Their subs are made with their own bread and they are stuffed to the max. The people there are always nice and fast, the prices are pretty good compared to other similar restaurants. Our Friday night take out wouldn't be the same without Sema. Try it, you'll see!

Pizzas are always two for one. Their crust is very good and the toppings are plentiful. One of the best Caesar Salads anywhere. If you are a school they offer 15% discount versus 10% with other similar establishments. The Price is right and the food is very good. and you can get a poutine, drink, and pizza for $6.99. excellent value. I don't really care for two for one places but Sema is really good. They have the best pizza if you are looking for 2 for1 and we often order out for their spaghetti and/or Lasagna. Good portions, reasonable prices.

We ordered 6 extra large pizzas for our bowling party and it was excellent... a really good value for the money. We asked for extra thin crust and we got 6 perfectly thin, crisp pizzas !! will order again for sure !! I just hate talking to the lady that answers the phone most of the time. 90% she's really rude. But pizza is awesome so the lady cant keep me away!

Worth every penny , not expensive at all , food is tasty and portions are big .
