Your website says open at 10am Google says open at 10am Greeter at the door says not open til 11am, but you can come back Friday we'll be open at 10am then. No problem, Vision Electronics is open across the street and perfectly willing to take my money today...!!! Pick up your game Best Buy...!!!

Lyndan, was extremely helpful in his information to me during my purchase today. Me, a senior found him very patient with my questions. While his explanations were very clear and concise to me regarding the newer technology. I really appreciated his professional assistance and knowledge. While I also admired his extended reference to his coworker Matt. Making me aware that Matt had engaged him to take over as he was new and thought he wold be better to assist my needs. Does no one answer the phone anymore or just automated message? Both locations! What happened to customer service?

As usual Best Buy fails to live up to it's promises. I processed an online order for something for my daughter and waited. 6 days later with no reason given or apology they cancelled her order. There was no explanation, no remarks, no contact at all. I checked with the 3rd party that was selling thru Best Buy and they told me the price was posted wrong so they cancelled. I explained that the Consumer Act states that if they post it at that price they have to honor all orders they receive and then either absorb the loss or repost at a later date with the updated price. Tech Zone was the 3rd party seller and I was basically told where to go by them. The BBB and the consumer advocate for the province are both being advised but since Tech Zone is California (such an honest state) based company there was little I could do and since Best Buy looks like it is headed for the hills then I am out of luck. My daughter will not go without though....another company has already stepped up and it going to live up to the obligations they put forward. Bye Bye Best Buy.

Worst place to go when buying a new cellphone. To make a long story short I went camping for the weekend on the island and dropped my old phone into the water and since I’m not from the island and was in dire need of a new phone So I went to the closest place. I purchased the new iPhone 11. Within 3 weeks of buying it stopped working. There was no reason why my phone should’ve stopped working all of a sudden so I went back to Best Buy in hopes that the “geek squad” would be of assistance but unfortunately all they did was waste my time and referred me to Apple. You’d think considering I’m not a local and explained that as well as purchased Apple care they would help me figure out a solution because I was about to leave the area.
