Town Plaza Medical Clinic

The Irish receptionist was extremely rude. She was asking me very personal questions on the phone. They’re website clearly says accepting new patients, I called the other clinic who confirmed this is the walk in clinic. This lady does not have the authority to decide who is accepted. All the bad reviews make sense now! Avoid this place at all costs. How are they still in business?

Dr. Ian Tamplin is by far the ruddest doctor I have EVER encountered... and that's saying something considering I am a nurse and I work next to doctors basically every day of my life. I dont know who ever hurt this guy in life but its plain as day that he hates people and therefore should not be a doctor. STAY AWAY FROM HIM AT ALL COSTS. go to emerge if necessary... or call the community health care clinic

I’m so surprised at how many negative reviews this clinic has. I’ve been going to Town Plaza regularly for almost two years and have only had one bad experience. I only like to be seen by Dr Carr now, and she has never let me down. I have only ever found the reception staff to be professional and welcoming.

This place is disgraceful. The horrible person with an accent who answers the phone is beyond arrogant and rude. She hardly seems qualified for the role. Just what the people need whilst the world is in crisis. The website carries a big orange banner that says they welcome new patients. The ignorant receptionist should perhaps read the website.

This place is horrible. Extremely rude secretary, waiting for over 2 hours. Then an extremely rude doctor. Do not waste you time here. EVER!!!
