I had a very bad experience, i went to emergency by ambulance having civier pain in my right arm, low blood pressure and dizziness. they treated me very normal and gave me Tylenol and asked for wait. I waited 14 hours in order to see the Dr. b/c i wasn't dying. they never care of the patient, very slow and waisted patients time and life. Rude staff and on top of that the Dr. can't tell you why i am suffering, what is the cause. he also prescribed pain killer and drowsy tablets to sleep. Not really care.... I'm very disappointed ...

This is not the hospital you want to use when giving birth. My wife was essentially forced into surgery by Dr Kawerk and his staff here, despite not having any real indicators that it was necessary. He was verbally abusive and seemed to care more about being out of the hospital by dinnertime than making sure that my wife delivered our child and recovered. She has still not recovered emotionally from this, 9 months later. The hospital also ignored the complaint filed shortly after the incident. In short, do not trust your care - for anything - to this hospital, as you will almost certainly be disappointed.

Went in for hernia surgery, all the staff I encountered were super nice, professional and made me feel at ease. The wing was clean, the process in and out was very smooth. Thx everyone!

Terrible place . Don't come if you want to live. Worst hospital in Montreal.

The ER should take courses on being compassionate and on bed side manners Especially the nurse sitting at the information desk on the shift evening of Nov 22nd Gossiping about a patient and the patients family member Prepose in general were nice but a couple unacceptable they treat as if we are criminal! Why? Being sick is a crime?? If you don't like your job then get out of that careeer You are dealing with human beings and the reason why we come to ER not feeling well! VERY RUDE, ARROGANT and the staff not all can't be bothered From where I was sitting running around, making 1001 photocopies Chatting about breaks and what's up for the weekend instead of following up Well go see your patient talk to them when they ring don't come 1/2 hour later So much more to say but not worth it!
