Sara is really great. She takes the time to listen well and advises us well. For my part, I went to see for weight loss. The new lifestyle that she proposed to me is done so as to gradually change my eating habits. I could easily integrate his tips into my routine and I lost a few pounds. She is available when we have questions. I loved his way of working, I recommend it.
