KFC

My family and I have ordered from here a few times and each time, our order has been incorrect. For example, being given the wrong sandwich. We've never bothered complaining about it, as mistakes happen. Once, we decided to call and ask if our order could be corrected and the man on the phone said we could, so we drove back and I went inside, and it was the same man as the one we ordered from and on the phone. When I went up to him and politely asked, he started to raise his voice and demanded to see that the previous order had been untouched. He accused us of apparently having done this before and was just being downright rude and unprofessional. I would have gladly brought in the order for him to check but his attitude was so off-putting. I have an anxiety disorder and I'm not a confrontational person, so being yelled at like that (and in front of a crowd) was awful. I ended up walking out without going back to get the sandwiches because I just no longer wanted to be there. I'm definitely never coming back to this KFC and I wish i could give even less than one star.

Affordable juicy fried chicken. To-go food when on a vacation. Trying to avoid the pricy fancy restaurants. Plus my kiddo is a chicken monster. Service is good and fast.

its ok for KFC but of late the foods been getting better

Greasy and delicious as expected

Worst of worst KFC I saw until now, if I am KFC I will take back the license from them
