I needed to see a doctor, and I didn't have an appointment. I saw a nurse within 15 minutes and a doctor within 45 minutes. The staff was professional, polite, and patient with my French.

Following a health situation that worries me and in the impossibility of knowing my test results which date from two weeks, I had the pleasure of speaking to a lady named LISON. She performed a miracle in finding me an RV quickly to take charge of my situation. I would like to thank her wholeheartedly and I would also like the clinic management to take note of this message. It is rare these days to come across an angel like LISON It is people like her who help us come to terms with all the systems around us. For more than a week I have been trying to make an appointment without an appointment for my work stoppage. Last week I answered my return call but they hung up on me. I call back to mention it, they answer me Bha she must have fallen on the answering machine but I told her that no it hung up on me. That it didn't make sense that I had to re-queue when the person hadn't even waited for the answering machine to hang up. She supposedly took my name but never got a call back. At the beginning of pm I call back to be told by the voice box that it is full. I call Monday and the same is already full. Ok good now we are told to do this online but there is never an appointment available no matter when I try. I could know what to do. I am very disappointed especially with the service I received over the phone last week.

Unable to join despite several messages. Never no return call. How are we supposed to make an appointment ?! Cannot make an appointment online also the doctor does not exist in the list.
