bad experience, unpleasant and unprofessional staff. the bare minimum you expect from a relaxation place like this is to feel stress-free. definitely not the case. appetizers were good, main course was bad (paella), the package wasn't well explained (i thought i was getting a breakfast included, but instead i received a basket with a cheap continental breakfast). the small room (#41) was nice, bed was comfortable. we didn't have time to try the spa out because we got there in the evening and it closes at 8pm and opens at 10am. these are obviously all first world problems, but since I wouldn't want anybody to get fooled into staying at that place, I thought I'd mention it :)

Didn't even make it in, tried to make an appointment for a massage but sadly French is not my strongest language, first time I called I immediately asked if they had anyone that could speak english and the employee just constantly said hello ignoring me. I hung up thinking it was a bad connect and tried again, this time asking in French if they had anyone that spoke english, I carried on in French but as soon as the employee realized I wasn't good with the language he started to become very rude and difficult so I hung up and will not try a third time

We were so lucky to find this jewell on our way home from our road trip through Quebec. Absolutely stunning, plenty of nature, located along hiking trails and great for winter sports activities. It is a rustic place were you wont find tv or radio , but will have the opportunity to fully enjoy the nature and socialize with others in many common areas with fire places ( perfect for the winter). Team including the manager were really engaged in making sure our stay met the highest expectations. Trying their restaurant is a MUST, we ordered diverse dishes and EVERYTHING was prepared to perfection. Im looking forward to go back there In the winter possibly as a bigger group of friends.

Great food and service. All personal was helpful and very friendly. Stayed in mezzanine room 55 of the first chalet which is rustic but clean and specious. Has a mini fridge and keurig coffee machine. Two double bed with tin matresses but surprisingly confortable. There''s a table, sofa and chairs with a wood stove plus a mini kitchen which is available to all guess of the chalet on the second floor. Hammam, sauna, hot and warm spa and cold pool were fine for me with 2 relaxation room's. It was a very cold week-end -24C with strong winds that made it -40C or -40F which is the same, so I didn't do any outside activities except for the SPA even though I had planned going skiing at the Massif du Sud 14 km away. Don't expect a 5 stars SPA. But for the price it is hard to beat with the quality of food and service obtained. I will return and yes, I do recommend.
