Avoid this place, to many long terms and it shows..YIKES!!..WE MOVED ON DOWN THE ROAD TO A LOVELY PLACE ON THE OCEAN.

Long term and daily accommodation as available. Great location with a short walk along the famous seawall path to inspiring vistas, coffee shops and restaurants.

Clean park Quiet and quaint Managed by a friend

It's isn't fancy but it's inexpensive. A quiet place that only gets bad reviews from unwelcome drug users that get kicked out for threatening other guest and the manager with violence.

Never stayed, just live next door to it. The shouting is annoying sometimes but what can you do.
