Great people

Staff frequently chatted about patients that were currently in with the doctor in loud whispers across the reception desk in the waiting room. They refused to allow me to have a support person come into the room with me. Embarrassing things like urine and stool samples were handed over and labelled at the desk in full view of waiting patients while the people they belonged to stood by and stared at their feet. I was forced to come here because they're one of only four clinics on the island that does what I needed but if I had ANY other choice I would go elsewhere - if I need a follow up I would rather take the day of travel and go to Victoria for it. Condescending, gossipy, and my support person's alarm bells were going off loudly.
