Kal Tire

My wife and I dropped in unannounced this morning because of a noise coming from one of the front wheels. We were greeted by Jared who was extremely friendly and polite and he immediately took a look at the wheel and suggested that they put it on a hoist for an inspection. After 30 minutes we returned from a walk to learn from Bo that the right front brake was in need of replacement. He was very reluctant to let us take the car away because of the condition of the brakes, something he stressed several times. In order to allow us to continue with our morning activities they loaned us a vehicle at no cost and immediately began to work on our car. Within a few hours the work on our car had been completed and we were called to let us know we could pick it up. Again we were met by a very courteous employee, this time the manager, Chris. In summary, I cannot recommend this Kal Tire location more highly. Not only do they provide quick and professional service, their staff all seem to go out of their way to emphasize customer service. Additionally they are paying strict attention to the safety rules related to Covid-19.

Bo at Kal Tire is amazing!! I came in for an oil change and an inspection and Bo was phenomenal. He is so knowledgeable and I really felt cared about. Not only did he do a great job fitting me in last minute he also took the time to explain small details about what was going on with my car. I will go out of my way to go to Kal Tire if my car has any future problems. I can’t express how thankful I am for how well Bo took care of me today!

I had trouble with my brakes grinding on the ferry. I pulled into Kaltire at 10 Saturday morning on the way to the Butterfly Gardens. Kaltire said to leave the vehicle with them and they would try to fit it in. Our vehicle was ready to be picked up by 1:30. Thank you!!

I called to get a new pair of boat trailer tires but unfortunately when they were about to install them they noticed that i need to get a whole new axle for the rear of my trailer. I had to leave my boat their untill my order came in. During the time I left it there they went out of their way to fix my tarp and re strap it down the week we had a bad down pour of rain causing my tarp to cave in with water. When I showed up to pick it up it was all installed, looked great and solid. "Chris" the manager was very professional, helpful and also help me remove something from my trailer with no addition charge, he even helped me fold up my tarp, what a great guy! When I was leaving one of the cow workers I believe name Doug a older gentlemen offered to help me fix my trailer hitch as he saw it was really low. I couldn't refuse that offer and appreciate it very much. Thanks alot "CHRIS" along with your whole crew. You guys are punctual, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely will be referring people to you guys and be coming to you guys for now on. Highly Recommended! A++💯

First Rate! Called ahead and was told it would take a day to fix my flat tire as they were quite busy. I went down to drop the tire off and the young man thought he could get it done right away. 15 minutes later I'm driving away and their price was cheaper than Canadian Tire. Highly recommend.
