One star is being nice, these people are beyond rude. Everything you'd expect from Trump supporters. Use one of the other services in town, they appreciate their customers.
Extremely rude people. I would recommend just about any other place in town for a parcel service over this place. Save yourself the hassle and use one of the other places that offer the same service.
I've had nothing but great experiences at the Airport Pembina Parcel. I always seem to engage Dave in the most random of topics. Friendly people and able to handle shipments of all shapes & sizes!
After 12 years of being a customer here, I have to go somewhere else. They are not rude like other people said, but they could NOT provide me any leniency on a forgotten package after 100's of packages have been sent to them over the years. I do not think 5 months of a forgotten package would result in ZERO leniency...you could have met me halfway on this. Good luck to you.
