I’m yet to have a bad experience here! Always found good deals, I’ve refunded items, exchanged and spent 1000’s here and I don’t regret any of it! I wouldn’t hesitate spending money here at all, always had friendly and knowledgeable service, staff have even gone beyond the requirements to help me!

I had to return a Chromebook today for a laptop. The Chromebook was great but not for the course I'm taking. I dealt with a young man named David in the computer department. He was absolutely amazing. He even told me how to retrieve my assignments for school on my new computer. He was pleasant and patient with all my questions. 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stay away from geek squad. Absolutely the most horrible experience I've ever had. The customer service is appalling. Best Buy will also not get back to you. So good luck to anyone trying to get anything resolved.

To clear things up about my Earlier post My PS4 controller wasn’t connecting Was online with PS4 tech. Lady for 2 1/2Hrs couldn’t get it to connect & at Advice from her I called Best Buy red deer said to come one over Got to Best Buy waited in line my turn came told guy with dark hair brought my PS4 because controller won’t connect his reply Oh we don’t deal with Gaming consoles and called up next person online !!!
