Do not visit this location unless you have time to kill... a 10 piece bucket took 30 min to get! Service was great but takes way too long to get food!

Very poor customer service. Lady taking orders was very rude, loud and obnoxious. Worst customer service I've experienced. If I could give this store less than a star I would. No garbages or public bathroom. In phase 3 of the pandemic get it together. Seems like the workers are just lazy and don't want to clean the bathroom or empty garbages. Horrible establishment.

Super slow service. Told me it would take 15 minutes which was already pretty long for my order. Ended up taking 40 minutes for a 4 piece and some popcorn chicken. Won’t be back.

I keep forgetting this KFC is just as gross as the one that was in Elliot Lake. There's decent food right next door. Never again will I go to this location. 🤢☠

Sunday of a long weekend three people working help wanted sign said help wanted please. Why should the students work at these jobs when they can get $1,750 for doing nothing, the government has created the problem the businesses can't respond with staff .Waited for over an hour for my food along with about 20 other people the staff were doing their best. Management let them down on a key day on a key weekend. As well the management was nowhere to be found. As well pouring rain outside yep you have to wait for your food outside. With all the food pre-made and the proper amount of staff you can move people through quickly and safely. It is definitely a place you do not want to visit.
