Dr. Jeff Cheung & Dr. Hee-Jeong Kong Dental Clinic

Always a great experience coming to see Dr. Cheung and his staff. They ensure I am comfortable and my issues are addressed, all with a smile. The clinic is bright and welcoming, and there's Netflix to watch while you are waiting and while you are being seen! Glad to know me and my family are in the adept hands of Dr. Cheung.

Dr. Cheung and his staff are extremely professional and the office is very clean. I generally hate going to the dentist but Dr. Cheung made the appointment feel like a breeze. He is also very patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly.

I wasn't happy with my previous dentist so I switched and have been seeing Dr. Jeff Cheung for about 10 yrs now. The staff and Dr. Cheung are very attentive and pleasant to deal with. There's ample parking in the back of the building. Not sure if the building has an elevator but the practice is on the second level. Heidi (receptionist) is very polite and friendly, Jung (dental assistant) is always on top of her game at helping Dr. Cheung. Dr. Cheung is very detail oriented. The waiting room has an abundance of magazines and a TV. Each patient room is equipped with an overhead TV for viewing, it's useful for keeping younger kids occupied. There's also a monitor on the wall for the Doc to review your x-rays. Overall my family and I are very pleased with Dr. Cheung and his staff even though it's a longer drive for us.

Professional and friendly staff! Every visit is well handled and they're very accommodating with appointment dates. The staff and Dr. Cheung always check in on your comfort during procedures which is greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!

Simply wonderful. Was very unhappy with my previous downtown Vancouver dentist. My girlfriend recommended I tried going here instead as she'd had a very positive experience. So refreshing to have considered, professional care. They're super friendly and despite the aging building exterior the clinic is clean and bright. I've recommend this place to more people than I can count, and I figured it was time to do it to the world!
