HighGate Dental Clinic - Dentist in Burnaby

Ive been going here since it was opened. All staffs are friendly and most importantly are extremely professional. They are following Covid protocol really well. Two thumbs up!

Felt completely gutted today by the people at Highgate Dental This time I had asked them to make retainers for me and was quoted $60 lab charge verbally, but they weren't sure. After repeatedly asking for a quote and being told that I would receive a call back, I didn't get a quote. Every time I was given a verbal quote of the lab charge but the person on the phone wasn't sure of the final cost. Turns out I was mis-quoted by just about 1000%. I saw the doctor for a minute where she warned me that the model I was using is old and she's not responsible if retainers made from it don't fit my teeth. There was $350 charge from the dentist, I don't know any dental codes that they charge, but I am more than certain she overcharged me. On top of this was $120 lab charge, not $60. None of this is covered by my insurance. If I had known in advance, I would have made other arrangements. Never will I trust these people again

My last dentist told me that I needed a root canal as he proceeded I was fidgety as I was afraid he obviously didn’t care nor wanted to even try ease my mind he just ignored me and then left the room comes back and says it needs to be pulled. I didn’t feel comfortable with that so I left. I had a hole in my tooth from his drilling and then came here not only did I get my whole mouth X-rayed I had s as plan to fix all my cavities not just the one. My new Dentist did the root canal but she also saved my tooth and made me feel very comfortable with the dentist and now I’m almost completely finished with my whole dental plan. Thanks Dr. Dibaji.

Being coming here for years. Great receptionists and overall wonderful service. Highly recommend!

Excellent service since day one. My 6yr old daughter loved it too!. Careful and attentive staff. Excellent covid measures.
