Walmart Supercentre

Worst Walmart I have been to. Customer service is brutal even if it's their fault NOT MINE. they got the wrong price an item and I asked to correct it and first they refused to do it even it's from their OWN Flyer item price not other store. I had to show actual walmart flyer to make sure they get it. they should know their products well not just standing there!! what a nightmare. I have been shopping since this location opened but I am definitely not going back again. will shop at Superstore instead. what a horrible customer service they have!!! they treat customer like enemy

Ben in appliances was so helpful and patient .we needed help with blender that there was so display model. He explained everything clearly and we were very impressed with his customer service

TERRIBLE customer service, not only from two staff members, but manager on duty as well. All incompetent of resolution. I spent nearly 45 minutes trying to explain that I wanted to do an exchange for the toys I purchased for the same toy but different version. Apparently the price went up from when I purchased it 10 days back however I picked up the new version in a section that showed the sale price... and yet they still wouldn’t honour it. I’ve definitely had way better experience at other locations. This metrotown location is the last place I would shop at.

I found coming here to be frustrating. I made a trip solely to get a receipt reprinted because someone at customer service said they could attempt it. However, when I was at the desk, the manager refused, saying that they no longer print receipts due to privacy. She didn’t show any concern over the fact that I was misinformed over the phone. Also, another time I had wasted my time grocery shopping to discover at the till that they don’t take tap. Both times, I left empty-handed. Thankfully, I read other Google reviews about contacting head office, so I tried that and was contacted by someone at the store. He sent me a copy of the receipt. He also said he would find out who the manager was that told me that.

Very very bad ! and not only bad , I will never been to walmart anymore. I purchaesd an air fryer on promotion Today, also I got several bags of fries. When I CAME home and so excited to open it and ready to fry my fries. I found this totally a used one, because below the fry pan , a lot of oil there. and on the surface of product , also dirty , LIKE someone touched it with oil finger. sorry I did not take photos because I was really angry . customer service. was not useful and cannot handle issues. They didn't even apologize, they could only say they couldn't do anything about it, and then they refunded it.But I don't really want a refund, I am very, very worried that in the future I will buy things at Walmart that someone else has used and returned, and it is obvious that they have not checked the inside of the product to disinfect or repackage it at all.So if someone buys meat or buys something else, or The last guest used this air fryer, and he has a disease or infection, so what should I do? So I will never come back to Walmart again, I think they are a big cheat.
