The Home Depot

I've had great experience at other locations, but not this one. I went in trying to look for an item, and when I got to the aisle, there's only one left with broken package... I tried to grab a staff to see if there's more in stock. The person looked at my phone screen and said "I don't work in this department, i don't even know what that is.... Isn't is a but late to buy this?" Then he just walked away... Didn't try to find someone in the department to help me. Then my friend went to the customer service and the girl there said she'll get someone to bring it over. After a few minutes of wait, the girl came back and said the item is located outside of the store. the item is 25kg, and my friend couldn't even pick it up. All the people I met at other locations were helpful and informative. Not sure why staff at this location didn't show any willingness to offer help. Very disappointed and I don't think I'd go back to this location.

Found the window lock with the help of friendly staff

I have been buying from here for many years. I always have a great experience. Both the manager and all the employees do their job well. But in my opinion , Mr. SAEED , shines like a shining star and a diamond. This man really helps customers much more than he can handle. He is unique. Home Depot should encourage such a person to be both encouraged and enthusiastic and for other employees to know that the Home Depot management system; Pays special attention to employees who work wholeheartedly. And respects and values them highly

Good experience. The power tool rep helped me find the sander I needed fast. The attendant at the self check out let me know I dropped some money from my pocket. Good stuff. Thanks
