A very beautiful place but unfortunately run by staff who obviously have no idea what they are doing. Twice in 3 weeks they have double booked the campsite at lac le pipe. To make it even more frustrating they waited until the night before (25th July 2019) at 7pm to let us know that someone was already camped in the spot we had booked 2 weeks ago so was no longer available. Now too late to find anywhere else so due to nothing but complete incompetence our mini vacation is ruined. Truck already packed up, boat ready for a great weekend fishing and completely deflated and extremely upset. Confused how it could be so difficult to get it so wrong it's not rocket science it's either available or it's not. That even promised to call us right back to see if they could help but never called back very bad PR on their behalf. They are so in the wrong job and should not be dealing with the general public. Incompetence at its finest

Great for camping on the cheap, challets are expensive though, should be depending on size not ow many people go
