The staff is very friendly, the room is clean. The infrastructure is adapted for disabled people and dogs. Your dog will be welcomed in the hotel ;) If you get the chance to rent some outdoor activities, the "animation" staff is super nice and adorable. The restaurant deserves way more than 5 starts, vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options are available. However the best thing is not in the hotel, it's on the outside. Nature is splendid, so make sure you go and do some activities and enjoy the beauty of nature. There are many trails to hike, snowshoe or simply to walk with your dog. Enjoy !

Had a work trip there for christmas and it is a very nice place. Getting there is kind of scary at night as there is only one way there but it is worth it. The spa is quite nice and the staff is friendly. I would definitwly recommend for a couple's weekend.

Seems like a delightful area. It may be a little difficult to get to and I wouldn’t necessarily rely on a vehicle’s integrated GPS system as it may very well get you lost... Using Google Maps or Waze may be more reliable to get you to this destination... BUT... that having been said, the mobile service is also inconsistent & unreliable at times in these areas. I was invited by an organization to facilitate a workshop at the Auberge and I had a decent lunch here. There are some new and modern chalets around, but the Auberge itself is rustic and log cabin-like.

We paid for a lake view with 2 queen beds, but we were given possibly the worst room in the hotel. Upon check-in, I asked if our room had a lake view and was told that it depended upon the trees, the wind, the day, etc... Upon seeing for ourselves it was clear that there was no view of the lake. It said clearly on our Expedia receipt 2 queen beds wit a lake view. On the second night we were moved to a room with great view, but it was much smaller with only 1 bed. We were offered a rollaway, but clearly this is not the same.... Friendly service, but disorganized. No bellman. You will need to haul your own luggage around the property and hunt for luggage carts. Buffets are crowded, expensive, and middle quality at best. We have been credited $100, but this doesn't cover the pain in the butt aspects of not getting what we paid for initially, being forced to stand in line to discuss receiving what we paid for, etc. All that being said... the location is beautiful, the service is friendly,..... Based on my experience, I probably would not choose to return. Restaurant is excellent! Really, really fantastic. Gourmet quality. Service was amazing too. We had the four course meal. Highly recommended!

Hotel personel very friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel very clean. Many activities to choose from. Found the price for dinner and breakfast buffet a little pricey. With that being said, large selection of food for the buffet and everything is kept hot. Did not go for the evening dinner. A little to pricey.
