Care Point Medical Clinic - Joyce

I have been coming to this location for over ten years. The doctors are polite, knowledgeable and actually listen to the people who come to them for help. The ladies at the front desk are the face of Carepoint Medical. I have always found them to be welcoming, caring, polite and very efficient. They keep things moving smoothly so that wait times are kept to a minimum. All in all, the people here are the reason why I have consistently returned to this location, even though I now live several kilometers away.

I have nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the Care Point COVID-19 Travel Clinic at 5138 Joyce Street. My husband required both the nasal swab test and antibody test on an urgent timeline for travel. The clinic provided safe and courteous service and was able to provide us with emailed results by the evening of the day after his testing. We will be forever grateful to the staff at Care Point for their care and their continued work supporting the community in this time.

I have been going to Care Point for years.Lorraine has always gone above and beyond to assist me and my fellow workers who have gone into this clinic. The other receptions are helpful also. Thanks for all you do.

I had to visit the clinic for COVID-19 nasal swab test. Everything was smooth right from booking an appointment till the date of appointment. Also received confirmation emails and phone call on earlier days as a friendly reminders. There was no rush, procedure was made clear and I had my swab done within 10 minutes. Overall a pleasant experience.

My parents had their covid19 test in this clinic, their staff were very helpful, and results came very fast too. Before booking the appointment, I had a lot of questions, Jay was very helpful and patiently answered all my question. Carl was very nice too, he accommodate all my requests, I would highly recommend this clinic.
