Decided to get my car insurance here because I live nearby. I was very impressed with the service I received. The staff here were very polite, answered my questions thoroughly, and worked with me to get the best possible price for my insurance. I walked away very happy with my experience, which was a pleasant surprise, especially because in the past getting insurance has been a pain. I would definitely recommend coming here if you need to renew your insurance or get new insurance as this was by far the best insurance place I've been to. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Great team at team at the store, each and everyone of the employees have excellent customer service and explaining everything so you understand what your policy consist of. Store is open till 9pm Monday - Friday,for those who have a busier schedule and also deliver if you aren't able to make it to them. Last but not least extra thanks to Robby for going above and beyond a locating me a license plate suited to my wants.

5:55 pm on a Sunday and I needed urgent assistance (Note that they closed at 6pm that day). Deep quickly took care of my request over the phone. 6:15 pm I had an email with the forms, and the coverage I needed. Excellent customer service!

The staff was really polite. They were very patient they explained me everything I wanted to enquire about and calmly answered a lot my questions. Highly recommended, I come from Surrey to Burnaby just because of their service. Arsh and Deep are great people.
