If I could I wouldnt even put 1 star. Horrible service after sale. I ordered for my son that will start his first year in high school , I followed all the instructions to mesure bvefore ordering nothing fits , I call answering message then I wriite to them just to get back an automatique message 3 days later. HORRIBLE SERVIVE :(
It's a shame that we can't give 0 stars. Lousy service, no way to speak to a manager, don't return calls ..... and offices are closed at 2:30 pm on Friday while the phone message says it's open Monday through Friday 9 am-5pm.
Bringing clothes from China takes longer than getting them from a Quebec manufacturer

Depuis le mois d'août, je suis supposé recevoir le chandail manquant de ma commande. A chacun de mes courriels, ils me disent que je vais le recevoir bientôt. Et encore aujourd'hui, il me disent que la livraison va partir cet après-midi. C'est vraiment décevant, très mauvais service.
The clothes are of very poor quality. There are often errors in orders, very bad customer service. Very difficult to change clothes because they are not available except once a school year for 4 hours.
