Decent selection, friendly service and prices are okay. The bad? Don't trust the website to see what's in stock. It hasn't been accurate for me, ever. Just because it says there's 35 cases of Guinness, or 56 bottles of a certain whisky in stock, doesn't mean they have any whatsoever. But hey, there's always an alternative I guess!

Beforetimes, management was super responsive and engaged. Have been great dealing with the C19 times. Very well run BCLS.

Wildly different experiences depending on the cashier you get. Most are friendly and humane (my two best experiences involved a young Asian male, and a Caucasian female in her 40s). There is one absolute psycho called Chelsea who's not right in the head. Every time I went and got her, she had this slimy smile/smirk which would drop accompanied by contemptuous expression hahahah. Textbook psycho ;D
