I made an appointment with hello health. My meeting was at 11:50 am. I work all day in a warehouse where I am not allowed to have my phone with me. The nurse calls me 20 minutes before the time of my appointment, to tell me that the doctor can call me anytime during the day! What is the point of making an appointment at a specified time if it is on a1000% that the time will not be respected. I am extremely disappointed and highly recommend calling 811 instead it is the same!
