Royal Towers Liquor Store

I've was a regular customer here for roughly five years, often passing by to pick something up when visiting friends in the area. I saw a sign on the door about wearing masks and that's fine. I'm not a conspiracy theorist about that sort of thing. So I enter, pull my mask out of my pocket and begin to put it on. Anyone who enters the store is in clear view of the attendant. With this in mind I'm obviously being seen putting the mask on. Despite this, I hear a sharp and snotty tone of voice to my left: "Yeah. Mask on." I saw the sign on the door. I was putting the mask on. There was no reason to say anything, but instead she decided to give me attitude for no reason. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised, because I've seen this woman be crude to other customers as well. I've held several retail management positions. This is not how you talk to customers, least of all when enforcing health policies. If you see a tall woman with dark hair don't go in. I will not be returning to this store.

Nice place that's tucked away on a busy road. They are not a big store, but they do have some nice limited edition stuff here and there. Really nice and quiet place to shop during the pandemic.

Staff are fabulous. Very helpful and friendly.

Bad customer service. Was on hold which is fine. But then the line went dead. Tried phoning back 3 times and after the 4th time I got through. Said they were too busy to be answering phones. And they said they didn’t have what I’m looking for. So great job Royal 👍
