This was the fastest service I have ever gotten for an xray. It was also super clean and very safe during covid lockdown in QC. Bravo Clarke!

I'll give one extra star because at least the time to get an appointment is satisfactory, however I made a 225km round trip and wasted an entire day, only to be turned away because I was 15 minutes late because of an accident on the highway. I've rarely had one of these exams pass on time so I thought this was extreme. The lack of empathy made me decide to reschedule elsewhere.

Terrible experience. Request for written results never received for an MRI. They charge high fees for private services but don't deliver with their after service. Seems to be a problem with their telephone as well. Calls are not returned or the system is simply not working. The Jewish General Hospital recommends to go to this Centre because they apparently have direct access to the files. I recommend to everyone to go to another private office where customer service is a priority and results (the disc) are given to you at the end of your exam, Written report is sent to you by email as well.
