Imagine Health Centres - Calgary Downtown

I find the clinic great staff has been very friendly. My Doctor is very knowledgeable and concerned about my health care. Pharmacy staff is friendly also. A little dusty in clinic rooms Otherwise I would have given a 5 star review. I would recommend this clinic to my friends and family.👍

Reception was rude and hang up on me, nobody answered when I try to call them the second time. I will never come back.

I phoned this clinic a little while ago and the woman who answered was incredibly rude. I asked her a simple question that she wasn't able to answer, but her tone throughout the conversation was totally uncalled for. When people at the front desk lack basic social skills it makes the whole clinic look bad.Very unprofessional.

Dr van is a terrible doctor. Do not waste your time seeing her. Absolutely terrible never had such a bad doctor experience
