Apex Medical Clinic

So, you have to understand one thing, a clinic is a clinic, what are you expecting? Make sure to smile and be nice to the staff and doctors. Make sure to ask questions and hold your doctor accountable for any follow-ups and test results. These people at Apex are understanding, but keep in mind they are under alot of pressure and you are not their only priority. Please be patient. Smile!

👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼Terrible customer service ... booked an appointment for 2pm and was there before time but still waiting at 3:30pm and reception has no answer why there is so much wait..... worst experience will have to look for another clinic now. I do not recommend this clinic at all. 👎🏼👎🏼😡😡 sorry had to give one star because google doesn’t allow zero😡

Dr, Amna Mazhar is literally outstanding, her diagnostics are so accurate and she explains everything in a very simple and friendly way and answers all questions despite being fully booked and super busy, also the staff are friendly and passionate :) , ask for Dr, Amna

Money greedy vultures They get money from health canada for all supplies but they wanted $1.00 for free mask from each patient. That's called serving community. If someone doesn't have $1.00 nor mask, they would cancel the appointment and wouldn't allow to see the doctor regardless of medical reason ... no empathy... its not a medical clinic but place of ruthless greedy business people.. I recommend NO ONE SHOULD GO THERE ! THEY DESERVE NO PATIENT AND STARVE ! GRRRRRRR...

The drs don’t care. I had two phone call appointments, both times I was rushed off of the phone and not listened to. They kept cutting me off and talking over me so that they didn’t have to hear everything I had to say. I had things I needed sorted, and the last woman dr I spoke to today said that she “didn’t have time to look at my file”. So I was rushed off the phone Again and no better off than before I spoke to her. She didn’t even say goodbye before she hung up. Now I still need medical advice and that whole day waiting for her call, was a complete waste of my day off. Furthermore, I went here for years because of the location Being next to my home, the dr I saw said she was my family dr, but on the phone today the dr said that none of the drs there are my family dr, and that I “must have gone to a different clinic”. But I Do know what clinic I went to for years haha. Just so unorganized, I could go on and on but I will stop there.
